Personal exercises for individuals and small groups

Package 1: Foundations (7 x 75 minutes): You heard about yoga but don´t know if it´s for you? You´re in pain and want individual support to help you feel safe in your movements? Together we´ll explore sun salutations, warrior poses and the basics of breathing. I´ll show you how to adapt the poses to your needs so you can confidently participate in online classes and large studio classes.
We start with simple movements, exploring flexibility, strength and sensitive spots that could cause pain. Each class will repeat familiar elements and slowly add new ones. This will allow you to become accustomed to the yogi language and follow given sequences.

Package 2: Ease (7 x 60 minutes): Tension in everyday life makes translates into tension in your body. You might become tired to your bones, feel pain and dissatisfaction with every movement. With gentle yoga and breathing exercises we loosen up the body and mind. Through gentle stretching exercises you will feel easier and learn to be loving and mindful with yourself.
We will begin with gentle, short breathing and stretching exercises with a special focus on belly breathing. In the sequences you will learn movements that you can also use individually in everyday life. To get the most out of theses sequences, you should have a basic knowledge of yoga.

Package 3: Energy (7 x 60 minutes): In times of home office and social distancing you quickly lose access to your own energy reserves. Even activities you used to enjoy suddenly seem tedious and unappealing. We bring you out of your corona sleep through deep stretching and short intense routines, activating every muscle in your body and freeing your mind for new inspiration. Through short meditation we sharpen the mind so you can concentrate on your tasks and hobbies with renewed vigor.
In the sequences we alternate between deep stretching and intense movement in vinyasa style. This means each movement is paired to the breath with pauses of stretching postures that last several breaths. You don´t have to be athletic for this, but basic knowledge of yoga is necessary to follow the faster sequences.
